The hotel is cheap compare to others and the staff are co-operative. they let us check in late and helped us in planning our tour to the coastal redwoods and beaches. Close to lake Mendocino.
Breakfast quality was very poor and cheap. Rooms makes noise Not enough space for parking.

i was upgraded to a nicely updated king room for good value. the pool area was nice and the location was good, short walk to restaurants, safeway and gas stations and downtown and centre. it also was in the center of town.

nothing in mind
Most imortant thing the bed sheets were not fresh but smelly, worse than that pillow covers were smelly also. there was noise from AC's and Electric room all night. No parking for in front of your room.

A big bathroom, plenty of hot water. Very quiet. The mattress was very comfy, with the extra cushioning pad on it. The pool was clean and refreshing in the hot weather. Free wireless. A few blocks from downtown, easy distance from shopping, restaurants, activities, and of course, wineries.
The parking spaces were quite cramped. The rug needed to be steam cleaned or changed out. Enough breakfast was available but the room is too small. The high window in the bath let in a lot of light in the morning, I purchased poster paper to block the sun.

Central location, chilled-out base for discovering Ukiah. Easy check-in, well-equipped and well furnished rooms with 3 beds.

The bed in our queen room was super comfortable, and everything was clean and well-functioning. The staff were kind and responsive. The wifi was reliable, and it's conveniently located near the avenue of the giants.

We enjoyed our stay with the family dog at this budget-friendly spot. The location was ideal for exploring the area, as we visited the nearby Ukiah Municipal Golf Course. The staff was cute, and we appreciated the ample parking available for our large vehicle.
My kids wished there was a designated playground area for them to play safely.
